Commissioning & Training

Once connected to your services, our Chef Consultant will assist you in commissioning your new equipment. This will involve correct usage of equipment, cleaning, safety and specific areas applicable to your situation.

We will also provide a checklist on all equipment commissioned and training received with a sign-off for each Staff person trained.
